First time here with my two kitties and I liked it immediately! The reason being is while I was waiting, two canine patients came in with their humans and were greeted by the staff. They didn't exhibit fear, but appeared calm. That's the best recommendation in my opinion! Dr. Bauscher was so kind and caring with my two kitties. I could tell by his actions that he cares for animals deeply. The staff were all kind, caring, friendly and patient.

Took my cat here for the first time. She got her yearly checkup and rabies and fvrccp shots. Very friendly. Made the appointment and paid for exam ahead of time, then paid difference with shots on the day of. They had great prices. Everyone you interact with was so nice and easy to talk to.

We appreciate the care that has been provided over the years and the sense of "family" with your staff. I arrive and am often greeted by name and all three of our boys are loved and wonderfully cared for no matter if a brief visit or a longer stay. Thank you for all you do!

Dr Bauscher and the staff are the absolute best. They sincerely care about your pet, and about you as an owner. I travel from Boise just to have Dr Bauscher take care of my dogs. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and quite personable. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Bauscher and the staff
